In working online for several years on various companies, I have done several things needed from an online support staff.
Here is a list of the things that i can do:
1. Market Network Sites to Valued and Prospect Clients
- make weekly eNewsletter and send to clients/network members.
- make eReminder and eFollowup Notices for sponsored webinars.
- make weekly reports for each network.
- create survey questions and post online for clients to fillup.
- make standalone pages for certain webinars.
2. Monitor Websites Hosted by the company
- check if the site is online and functioning properly.
3. Edit/Update Photo
- edit an existing photo or replace photos of websites.
- create a photo in accordance with the clients' needs.
4. Quality Check a website before the website is launched
- check if the sequences of processes coincides with the storyboard or request of the client.
5. Maintenance
- Perform Maintenance duties for sites powered by Vignettes for Training.
- Add / Edit / Delete Topics on the network

Based on these experiences above, I have gathered much needed experience to work online for an American-client. I also have good English communication skills. I can adapt to any situation and cooperate with anyone on the team. I also have experience in training newly hired online workers for the task that awaits them. I can work with minimal supervision and get the Job done as requested.
