i am a mass communications graduate and
currently working as a technical support representative in one of the prestigious call centers here in the philippines, i have been a top agent in an account that handles all the states in US central. having excellent communications skills gave me an edge from my co workers and makes my job easier and enjoyable for me. i am also part of the resolution specialists team where we handle supervisor calls and assist agents in real time call handling and troubleshooting. i previously worked as a manager for a recruitment agency.being a manager helped me a lot in developing my soft skills. i work with less supervision and always make it a habit to do research on things that would help my performance par excellence.
i am a person who does things happen today rather than tomorrow. i just dont want a job but also need it. a job that ensures stability for i am a single mom that supports two wonderful kids.
