I update employee personal information and service records on the official website, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date data for administrative use.

I categorize files according to their respective place of assignment (e.g., department or section) and label file storage systems for easy identification and retrieval. Files are stored securely in filing cabinets and binders available within the office. I ensure that all files are up-to-date, archiving outdated documents when they are no longer actively required. Additionally, I back up files as needed by scanning and saving documents to the computer, ensuring quick and efficient access should older files be required by management.

I use Google Workspace for sending messages and attachments to clients, and for video conferencing tasks such as assisting in the conduct of interviews.
