Profile Description

I am a Filipino Bookkeeping and E-commerce Virtual Assistant who helps business owners stay organized by managing financial records, administrative tasks, and online store operations. I support clients with accurate bookkeeping, data entry, file management, invoice tracking, and day-to-day e-commerce tasks so they can focus on growing their business.

I work with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Canva, ChatGPT, Zoom, and Google Meet. I am also comfortable learning new software and adapting to your existing systems.

I am a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate with internship experience in the accounting department of a rural bank, where I assisted with financial data entry, invoice preparation, document organization, and maintaining accurate records. I also have experience creating digital content and managing files using Canva and cloud-based tools.

I am available for full-time work and can work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time (UTC+8). I am open to adjusting my schedule to match my client's preferred time zone.
