As a real estate cold caller I used to to both inbound and outbound call using the Call App tools in order to reach a list of homeowners throughout my shift. As I verify their full names and addresses to make sure our list is accurate and up to date, I handle both incoming and outgoing calls. My main objective will be to proactively engage potential sellers that will benefit the company in terms of return on investment. Our campaign targets foreclosure properties, sellers who have personal reasons to sell such as relocation, damaged properties, tired landlords, probates, mortgage problem, divorced homeowners, or elderly people moving to nursing homes.
