Digital Marketing Specialist and Customer Service

I have solid experience in customer service, gained through my previous role as a butler at Raffles, a 5-star hotel known for its world-class hospitality. This role helped me develop excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of client needs. In addition, I’ve been running my own online business for over 5 years, where I handle everything from digital marketing and customer engagement to video editing and creating short-form content for social media. This blend of hospitality and entrepreneurial experience has made me adaptable, creative, and customer-focused in everything I do.

I’ve been running my own online business for over 5 years, where I focus on social media marketing and design. I’ve been using Canva consistently to create promotional materials, engaging social media posts, and short-form content. I also applied these skills during my internship at Okada Manila, where I helped design marketing materials and assisted with digital campaigns.

I’m currently working as a video editor, creating content for YouTube (both long-form videos and Shorts), as well as editing videos for Facebook Reels and Instagram Reels. I also design custom thumbnails to match the platform and audience, helping to boost engagement and visibility. My editing style is tailored for social media—fast, engaging, and optimized for viewer retention.
