Throughout my career, I always asked myself one important question: “Is this really the job for me?” To answer that, I created four personal factors that I use to measure whether a role truly fits:

During the pandemic, I realized there was one more factor I had overlooked: time for myself. That realization pushed me to shift my career path. I wanted a role where I could manage my time, continue learning, and still meet all five factors I value most. That’s how I found my way to freelancing and the Virtual Assistant profession.
