Profile Description

I'm a graduate of B.S. Computer Science in Holy Angel University, Angeles City, Philippines. Currently employed as Technical Support for Dell in one of call centers in Clark, Pampanga. We do online troubleshooting of Dell systems (Latitude, Optiplex, Vostro, Precision Workstations) and request part replacement from service providers in India once confirmed faulty. Our customers are mostly from Asia Pacific region. I've been working for more than 10 years now. Basically, from the line of work i'm doing, i'm an experienced PC Technician and can also do software programming. I'm an experienced Visual Basic programmer. I'm also a fast typer since we are from non voice support. Mostly, doing chat conversation with our customers.
