I am Maria Paula Mabignay, a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management graduate from Manila, Philippines, with a strong passion for video editing and digital content creation. My professional experience as a barista at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf helped me develop excellent communication skills, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced environments, qualities that I now apply in my work as a video editor and content creator.

My interest in storytelling and visual creativity began during my junior high school years, when I started creating edited videos and social media content as a hobby. Over the years, I continuously improved my editing style, content strategy, and creative workflow, which eventually led me to pursue content creation and video editing professionally on a full-time basis.

I specialize in editing engaging short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, as well as long-form YouTube content. I am experienced in creating dynamic edits, adding subtitles, syncing music and sound effects, enhancing pacing, and designing visually appealing graphics that help capture audience attention and improve viewer retention.

For my editing workflow, I primarily use CapCut Pro for video production and Canva Pro for visual design and branding materials. I am highly motivated to continue learning new editing techniques, trends, and creative styles to deliver high-quality content that aligns with a client’s vision and brand identity.
