Profile Description

I currently work full-time as an Assistant Project Engineer for a general contractor based in Los Angeles. My day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors to follow up on project documents, maintaining an Excel tracker I developed to monitor the status of Change Orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), billing reports, and other project deliverables, and occasionally going on quick 5-minute matcha runs with my co-workers.

I am currently looking for a long-term part-time role in either construction management or social media. In an ideal world, I’d love to work with a construction company where I can contribute to project coordination while also helping manage the company’s social media presence. I enjoy sharing the progress, craftsmanship, and people behind a project, and I believe there is value in showcasing not just what a company builds, but also the heart and effort that go into every project.

I’m looking for a role where I can continue learning, develop new skills, contribute meaningful work, and support my family along the way.

Top Skills

I enjoy creating content that helps businesses tell their story and connect with their audience. I use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut to create graphics, videos, and social media content tailored to each brand. I’m comfortable working within an existing brand identity, but I also enjoy helping develop a visual direction when one is still being established. My goal is always to create content that feels cohesive, authentic, and aligned with what the brand wants to communicate.

I can support your construction projects by keeping subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. I have experience tracking project documents, following up on action items, maintaining organized systems, and ensuring project timelines stay on track. Through my involvement in various construction projects, I’ve learned the importance of clear communication, reliability, and attention to detail. I value being someone the team can depend on to keep things moving forward efficiently and ensure that important details don’t fall through the cracks.

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Strong communication has been one of the most valuable skills throughout my career. I have experience writing technical papers, including research that was accepted for international presentation, which strengthened my ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and structured way. I also have experience in copywriting and content creation, allowing me to adapt my writing style for different audiences and purposes. In my current role, I regularly correspond with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, helping me develop strong professional communication skills and a solid understanding of construction terminology in an international setting. Whether through writing, documentation, or day-to-day coordination, I believe clear communication is essential to keeping projects and teams moving forward.
