Profile Description

I've been in a call center industry for more than 6 years and started working homebased in 2014. I've had experienced in customer service and have handled different accounts like TelCo, Finance, billing, troubleshooting, cleaning services and a lot more. I started working homebased end of 2014 as an ESL teacher but eventually d ---------- to work as a virtual assistant and a customer service associate for an e-commerce account. Because of my dedication and hardwork, I've become a manager after 3 months. As a manager, I believe that good leadership starts within oneself. To be an effective leader, we need to be a god follower and a good example. I've handled email support, customer service, phone calls to suppliers and customers, returns, tracking and order taking. I also handle irate customers and complex issues like late shipments, complaints, negative feedback etc. I also have knowledge and little experience as a VA for Real estate and Insurance. I was able to use different flat forms and applications such as, EzLynx, DocuSign, Insurance websites, Zendesk, Appfolio etc. I believe in good work ethics and that attitude is very important to start building a wonderful career. I can multi task, I am a problem solver and I hope I can help you build your business as I continuously grow in your company building a successful career.
