Hi, I'm Rolando D. Calixtro Jr, an aspiring Social Media Marketing Assistant and Virtual Assistant with a passion for helping businesses grow their online presence. My previous experience includes handling marketing data for a government company, where I assisted in organizing and managing important marketing information. I also have experience creating and editing digital posters, writing engaging captions, and managing content for Facebook pages and other social media platforms.


My background is focused on video editing and graphic design, particularly using Canva to create eye-catching posters, promotional materials, and social media content. During college, I also worked on a capstone project that involved creating a government website, which strengthened my skills in web development, teamwork, and project management.


In addition, I have technical experience in network design through a Cisco-based enterprise networking project. I designed a simulated enterprise network topology for a two-branch company supporting approximately 250–300 users. The project involved planning core, distribution, and access layers with scalability and redundancy in mind, as well as implementing VLAN segmentation for different departments, voice services, and guest Wi-Fi networks.
