Profile Description

Hi, I’m Rocel!

I am a Virtual Assistant specializing in Commercial Insurance Support for a US-based insurance company. In this role, I maintain consistent communication with insured to address requests such as COIs, policy changes, and cancellations. My responsibilities include issuing certificates of insurance (Acord 25), preparing application Acords (125, 126, 140, etc.), drafting proposal letters, sending payment reminders, and managing renewal policy documents and endorsements. I also create invoices using Ascend, ensure all policies are accurately renewed in our system, and verify that client information is complete and up to date.

I am proficient in agency management systems such as Hawksoft and Ezlynx, and I have hands-on experience using HubSpot as our CRM platform. My strong computer proficiency allows me to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, software, and processes. I am skilled in data entry, document management, and digital communication, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task.

Before transitioning into the insurance industry, I worked in the BPO sector during the pandemic, starting as a Technical Support Representative handling inbound and outbound calls for US, Australian, and Canadian customers, and later being promoted to Workforce Management Real-Time Analyst. These roles strengthened my analytical thinking, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

As a Virtual Assistant, I bring a well-rounded skill set that includes effective communication, analytical problem-solving, organizational abilities, and customer service expertise. Combined with my wide experience using various tools and platforms, I am confident in my ability to provide reliable and professional support.

I consider myself resilient and hardworking—I supported myself through college by working as a part-time service crew for three years, which instilled perseverance and dedication. My passion for customer service and operational efficiency continues to drive me to excel in every role I take on.

I am eager to explore new opportunities where I can leverage my skills and experience to contribute meaningfully to your team.
