I'm a Bookkeeping & Business Support Professional with over five years of experience supporting U.S. businesses remotely. My background includes bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, business operations, customer communication, and sales support across industries such as health & wellness, construction, roofing, real estate, rental properties, and other small businesses.

My bookkeeping experience includes managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll support, journal entries, invoice processing, bills management, bookkeeping cleanup, financial reporting, inventory tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online. I always make sure transactions are recorded accurately and completed on time while following the client's established processes.

In addition to bookkeeping, I have experience supporting sales and business operations through lead generation, CRM management, email outreach, follow-ups, reporting, and administrative support. I'm comfortable using Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Outlook to help teams stay organized and productive.
