Over the past few years, I've worked in roles that required a high level of organization, accuracy, and trust. Currently, I support a U.S.-based healthcare practice, helping manage patient coordination, records, provider communication, and day-to-day operations in a remote environment.
Alongside my full-time role, I also built and managed my own online clothing business. That experience taught me how much work happens behind the scenes of a growing brand—from customer service and inventory management to content creation and order fulfillment.
What I enjoy most is bringing structure to busy workflows. Whether it's organizing information, managing administrative tasks, communicating with clients, or supporting business operations, I take pride in being someone a team can rely on.
I'm naturally detail-oriented, quick to learn new systems, and comfortable working independently. If something can be made more efficient, I'll usually find a way to improve it.
