## **Professional Career**
Russell started as an Asst. Coach
part time from where he graduated his high school to sustain his college studies in 2000. A year after, he was Head coach for about 4 years more producing 2 championship title from the grass roots of the sport of badminton. He also went free lance as a sales associate in an HMO Company for a year in 2001, and was promoted after a year as a Group Sales Manager, handling roughly about 200 people. He became Top 3 Group Sales Manager in 2002 & 2003 becoming the youngest Group Sales Manager at the age of 22. Found a calling to be a volunteer firefighter and rescue and becoming a volunteer instructor
& responder for Red Cross, responding to different emergencies and disasters. on ---------- Russell became a safety and emergency management consultant from 7 of well-known companies locally and internationally. From being a consultant to training people, Russell work hand-in-hand with
safety and security managers as well as top executives in attaining a zero-casualty in the workplace. On the side, Russell also established a " Tour Medic" wherein, they cater as safety marshals and medics during as tour such as field trips and corporate activities. On 2012, Russell established his own travel agency and events management company. On 2016, having an engineering background, he started a construction company as well catering small renovations and fit-outs. 2022, he partnered with friends to cater a bigger construction projects, erecting Communication towers, constructing about 100 houses and finishing 3 mid-rise building. At a later date joined a Real Estate development company as a sales and marketing head in 2025. Same year, he also handled the construction division of the company as Construction Head.

Started being a project manager as events management for ;ocal and international events, incorporating programs, tours and logistics management for his travel company and as a **Project Manager at Budzz Construction Services**,
