I'm working in the BPO industry for 3yrs now, I've been expose to different processes that allows me to widen my horizon and let me learn different things,Develop different attitude towards work that would suite to the business need. Doing Collection, Billing and Back office support ,Retail Banking allowed me to manage and use different tools and system that made processes more easier some of them still apply to my usual stuff. DOing EXcel Reports for the LOB that I'm working with, online filing and data entry of employees as well. That I think allowed me to be competive enough plus doing work at home would not be an issue since I graduated from college thru Distance LEarning EDucation thru one of the university here in the philippines that allowed me to responsible
