Licensed Civil Engineer with over 5 years of on-site construction experience and 3+ years of remote freelance project support for international clients. Experienced in handling projects from cost planning and estimation to execution support, covering commercial, residential, and resort villa developments.
Specialized in construction cost estimating, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and bid preparation, with strong expertise in Excel-based estimate modeling, automation, and formula-driven cost systems.
