Profile Description

Over the past six years, I have developed my innate capabilities in the fields of Accounting and Auditing. My core competencies lies in bookkeeping, Petty Cash Replenishment, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger Account Reconciliation, General Ledger Account Analysis, Management Reporting, Validation of Invoices and Collections, process adjustments, process payable, setting up of Branch Codes in the system and Branch Audit. I also attend e-mail and phone inquiries from internal and external customers. Some of the Accounting Systems I had used are Peachtree Accounting Software, SAP Business Suite, Oracle E-Business Suite, JDA Merchandise Management System, Lightspeed Point of Sale System and other in-house systems.
I've been working as a Real Estate Lease Administrator for a year now doing Data Maintenance of Properties, Portfolio Management, Transaction Management, Gap Analysis, Reconciliation, supporting Account Managers and Real Estate Managers as well as Reporting. I am currently using Sequentra Real Estate Software.
I am knowledgeable in Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems as well as Software which includes MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint), Lotus Notes and Sametime.
I was also a Copyreader and News Writer for our school press and recognized as the Journalist of the Year during my high school days .
