Profile Description

I worked abroad in ALDAR Laing O’Rourke Construction LLC Al Raha Beach Development – Waterfront City Project Abu Dhabi, UAE for one year and six months. I worked in a construction company as HR Training Officer Assistant. My duties and responsibilities were arranged training for new staff, like safety and HR induction, Primavera, Aconex and other trainings required for each position. Allocates seat, prepare nameplate, office supplies, PPE and computer, coordinates with HR Department the issuance of user name, email ID and password.
Updates the staff database, telephone directory, and leave schedule, monitoring the arrival of newly hired employees from Philippines and staff transfers. Provide assistance where required in any other administrative function for each department. Liaise with the business management and other department as necessary on any HR related issues.
