Profile Description

I have worked in the call center/business process outsourcing industry over the last nine years. My expertise was in financial accounts dealing mostly with the credit card industry. Although, we were also trained to understand how the financial market in the US works as well. Analysis is such a big part of this line of work and I have ingrained it over the years. I am familiar with most of Microsoft Office applications although I am far from being expert at it. I have written several research papers, not including my thesis, during my stay in the University and I can say that I am really good at it. My command of the English language is extremely well on both the oral and written aspects. I can and will work with minimal supervision. I want a secure job where I can maximize my time so I can devote it both to family and work
