Technical Support representative is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to computer hardware or software devices. Their duties include taking phone calls from customers or communicating with them through messaging platforms, helping customers diagnose technical issues over the phone and speaking with them about installing hardware or software on their computers.

To prepare communication, reports, presentations and other products by operating Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. To oversee the clerical support function of an office, business or based on client specific requirements.

Previously assigned as a tier 1 appointment setter, calling home owners to qualify them on a pace program in which they can take advantage of or services in a roofing company. Then lately promoted as a senior associates where as I am calling listed leads by tier 1 appointment setter to verify information's such as addresses, time agreed with the agent, phone numbers to contact and so others then I assigned it to the local tech.

Develop designs using tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite. Incorporate typography and color theory. Use fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materials. Maintain brand guidelines.

We are transferring data from physical documents to an online database system by typing and scanning, recording data from customers directly into the online system, creating accurate spreadsheets, updating existing data.

I develop visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas and enhance brand identity. Using design software like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite, they craft visuals for a variety of mediums, including social media, product packaging, website design, and motion graphics. These designs incorporate typography, color theory, and design principles to create aesthetically appealing and functional outcomes tailored to specific target audiences.
