I'm working at a call center as a collections
/customer service . We do multiple task as the same time.
While having a conversation to our customer we note there concerns in our notepads cause all of the details should be noted on the account.
We have lots of tools to use to assist our customers concerns. Were collections but we are
required to do excellent customer service. I love my job but right now I've decided
to work at home for my own safety and also to save sometime instead of travelling an hour and 30mins.
going to work. I worked in graveyard shift 11pm-8am. Call center is the only job here in Philippines that offer a good salary wage to undergrads like me. I'm so happy knowing about the opportunity of working at home, do online job and I want this job for good.
