In my training at the VA Academy, I learned how to create a content plan with a strategy that includes deciding what to post, when to post, and the best times to reach the target market.

Lead generation is one of my favorite tasks, as I enjoy researching and finding potential clients who may be interested in or could benefit from the services offered.

As a team leader in a sports betting company, I managed a team, provided training, oversaw daily operations, tracked performance, handled members issues, ensured compliance, and solved problems efficiently. These experiences helped me develop strong leadership and organizational skills.

As a virtual assistant trainee, I’ve learned to create email campaigns, write content, segment lists, schedule sends, and track performance to improve engagement and results.
