I'm currently working as a Technical Support agent in a BPO company. I'm already working for almost 2 years as a Tech support agent. The first company I worked with is all about computer troubleshooting. My current job now, is more of a Back-office job where I track order of Verizon Business internet subscriptions.
I'm a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate, license to work in the Philippines. I did some volunteer experiences to add some skills in my nursing profession.
I'm Knowledgeable in MS office, Internet Explorer, and other browsers like Firefox & Google Chrome,Basic Hardware & software computer troubleshooting. Also plays & teachers guitar.
