As a cold caller in real estate, my job is to reach out to property owners and see if they’d be interested in selling. I go through a list of leads, make outbound calls, and start conversations to gauge their interest. If they seem like a good lead, I either set up a follow-up or pass them to the acquisitions team. I also make sure to update the CRM with notes so nothing falls through the cracks. It’s all about finding motivated sellers and turning cold leads into real opportunities.
