Profile Description

I worked in a bank before, i have a back ground with accounting and finance and i graduated with a bachelors degree in accountancy. I am currently employed as team leader in a call center. I have 18 service representatives.
I am good with report making as this is part of my daily tasks. Reports like daily, weekly, monthly and annually. Most of my records are on excel. i know a thing or two on excel but i wouldnt say an expert. Report i make/handle/track are attendance, attendance trending, customer satisfaction ratings,sales, quality analysis. I also set up scheduling. basically most of the work i do other than coaching my reps for improvement/consistency are statistical data. i have good analytical skills and numerical skills. I would like to work part time for the mean time as i currently have an obligation with the company i am employed with but i am very interested. I am interested in long term work and i am considering to go full time.
