I have eight (8) years of professional experience in the application of Organization Development. It is an important attribute of my skill in conducting strategic project management (planning, monitoring, & evaluation). Plus I gained more knowledge and training through my graduate studies. With this strong background and skill, I can design interventions aimed at evaluating and institutionalizing organization development projects/programs to establish its competitive advantage.
•As a Business and Program/ Trainer, my in depth professional experience will help your organization have an understanding of the content, process, and value of project management and how to achieve its success in the larger environment context that affects the operations of the organization. Part of my process is to teach/train staff how to manage projects and ensure transfer of technological knowledge/skills.
As a Project Manager, I am well skilled in: (1) collecting and analyzing diagnostic information; (2) Feed-back giving of the diagnostic information/evaluation;(3) managing interpersonal and group process approaches and (4) managing logistics.
•As an Human Development Specialist, I am an expert in helping organizations define clearly the processes and systems of recruitment and selection (e.g. establishing recruitment and selection techniques, HR planning (job analysis and forecasting; training managers; appraising employees; and establishing equitable compensation), and appraisal and management of HR performance (e.g. directing appraisal methods; making evaluation tools; interpreting assessment results; and making recommendations for development).
