My work experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), as an English as a Secondary Language (ESL) teacher for Koreans and as a Volunteer Nurse helped me develop a lot of skills. I was able to enhance my communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with different kinds of customers and clients. I am proficient in Filipino and English, both in oral and written command. I'm also a computer literate. I am an internet savvy, and I am knowledgeable in Windows and Microsoft applications. In addition to that, I have excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar skills. I pay close attention to details, and I can work well under pressure. Moreover, I can work with quality, and I can meet deadlines and commitments. On top of these, I am willing to be trained and to further develop acquired and learn new skills.
