One of the most defining moments in my career was during the COVID-19 pandemic, when everything rapidly shifted to digital platforms. I had to quickly adapt and explore various online tools and websites to keep operations running smoothly. Many of my face-to-face project plans had to be urgently redesigned for online execution, pushing me to become more resourceful, flexible, and proactive under pressure.

In my role as an Administrative Assistant, I’ve developed graphic design skills by creating and editing visual content for social media, presentations, and marketing materials. I ensure all designs are on-brand and visually appealing, supporting internal and external communication efforts. My attention to detail and creative approach help enhance the company’s digital and print presence.

I have hands-on experience in writing engaging and strategic captions for various social media platforms, tailored to different audiences and brand voices. Whether promoting a product, sharing updates, or driving engagement, I know how to craft concise and compelling messages that capture attention and align with the brand’s goals.

I have experience managing and scheduling social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using tools such as Meta Business Suite. I ensured consistent posting aligned with content calendars, optimized for peak engagement times, and tailored per platform to maintain brand voice and audience connection. This helped maintain an active online presence and supported overall marketing goals.
