I worked as a Customer Service Representative and Chat Support.
In 2021, I've started my Customer Service Representative journey in Teleperformance Philippines. I assist the customers to manage their plan inquiry, delivery status, and refunds.
In 2022, I have been upskilled to Chat Support and after a month my supervisor saw the efforts that I did to support my customers and exceed their expectations.
Going back after the month that I was upskilled. I was promoted as a Real time analyst.
As a 9-5 corporate junkie, I was so tired of doing something that doesn't inspire. So, I quit my job last 2024.
In that same year, I got the job for a Healthcare Advocate in Optum. I thought it was just the same customer service, but it was not.
It was way more than a customer service, since you are going to assist people with illness, and it altered my brain chemistry whenever I was able to help them with their concerns.
Now, I want to have better grasp of the healthcare industry for me to help the business grow and have a streamline transaction for the customers so that they can help the people that needs healthcare.
