After completing my bachelor's degree, I worked as office staff at a college. Communication was crucial in this role, as it formed the foundation for connecting with both students and fellow staff members. I also worked as a program officer at a private microfinance organization, where I honed my communication skills in sourcing clients and addressing their needs. Additionally, I developed my critical thinking skills by creating strategic plans to proactively address potential challenges. Currently, I work at an ESL company, teaching foreign students of various ages. I am adaptable, adjusting my teaching style and approach to suit the understanding level of each student. By leveraging effective communication, I foster an environment conducive to efficient learning while respecting cultural and language differences.
