As a 28 yrs old engineer with 3+ years of work experiences as Field Engineer and currently as Cost Estimator, I have develop my soft skills and also my technical skills. I am proud to say that I am a self-driven, highly motivated individual and a team player. I would say my greatest trait as an Engineer is my problem solving and adhering to strict deadlines, working on site day by day develop me to adapt to different challenging situations and come up with resolutions. I have also develop my advanced knowledge to MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge with PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and STAAD Pro. Though my profile doesn't show proficiency or expertise, I know that I have a lot of room for improvement and as a young aspiring Construction VA in the field of estimation or scheduling, I am currently developing my skills and is much willing to be trained.

As a cost estimator for more than a year, I have greatly improved my skills when it comes to reading or interpreting plans. Aside from this, I have learned to produce detailed estimates, check it's accuracy and produce quotations and proposal based on client's requests. I have learn how to make DUPA (Detailed Unit Price Analysis), I have learned new standards, I studied and explore other field of works like electrical and mechanical. I have interacted with subcontractors to collaborate proposals and projects for our clients. I have also improve my search abilities when it comes to pricing, canvassing different suppliers of materials for the estimation.
