Real Estate Experience: Worked with realtors and brokers  as a Lead Generation Specialist and Real Estate VA. Skilled in GoHighLevel, BatchLeads, Mojo Dialer, DealMachine, and Google Workspace for CRM management, appointment setting, and cold calling.

Telemarketing Experience: Served as a Telemarketer for Eggoes Solutions and Medicare Benefits, handling outbound calls, qualifying leads, and providing customer support with professionalism and empathy.

Administrative Experience: Worked as an Administrative Secretary at Tech4Ed Magsaysay (DICT), handling calendars, reports, and event coordination. Also experienced in managing sensitive records during my time at a Notary Public Office.

Creative & Social Media Experience: Skilled in Canva, CapCut, and social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). I create and schedule engaging content, respond to inquiries, and help businesses grow their online presence.
