I have been a part of the call center industry for the past 6 years; had worked as a Sales Representative for Timeshare and as a Customer Service Representative. I continually sought after upgrading my skills by taking certification tests and trainings. Being free-spirited, I decided to venture into the field of Virtual Assistance. I am detail oriented, highly professional and always believe that customers should be the top priority. I believed that there is always a smart way of doing things that would balance life and work.
