I began my project management career as a Junior Project Manager, handling an end-user training project for both local and international users of SAP S/4HANA. In this role, I coordinated with multiple SME consultants, managed their training schedules, and ensured alignment with client timelines and requirements. Through this experience, I developed strong skills in stakeholder coordination, project scheduling, documentation, and cross-functional communication, while supporting the smooth execution of training sessions across regions. I then advanced to a Project Manager role for a full-cycle SAP ERP implementation for a single company, managing the project from planning to go-live support. This role deepened my expertise in ERP project delivery, covering both technical and functional areas. I gained extensive financial and business process knowledge, strengthened my problem-solving and risk management skills, and led the successful rollout of the system by ensuring close collaboration between business users, consultants, and developers. Overall, I’ve built a solid foundation in end-to-end project management, including project planning, execution, stakeholder management, resource coordination, and post-implementation support — with a strong focus on ERP systems, digital transformation, and business process improvement.

I have comprehensive experience in SAP ERP implementation and support, combining both technical and functional expertise. On the technical side, I’ve worked with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Business One ERP, Crystal Reports, and SQL scripting using SQL Server Management Studio for data analysis and customization. Functionally, I’ve gained solid knowledge in Financials, business process understanding, and end-user documentation. I’m also skilled in project presentation, stakeholder coordination, and translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Project Management Skills: Experienced in handling multiple local and international accounts, serving as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. Skilled in coordinating project timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring clear and effective communication to achieve client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Proficient in Power BI for data analysis and visualization, creating interactive dashboards and reports using Direct Query connections to SQL Server databases and Excel worksheets. Skilled in transforming raw data into meaningful business insights through DAX formulas, data modeling, and real-time reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking.

As an Executive Assistant, I directly reported to the President and Vice President of the company, providing high-level administrative and project support. I served as a key point of coordination between the executives and various departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of initiatives. Since both executives were end-users of the ERP system I implemented, I was closely involved in system-related decision-making, presentations, and progress updates. I prepared executive reports, facilitated meetings, and ensured that project goals were aligned with leadership directives. This role strengthened my skills in executive communication, strategic planning, and data-driven presentation.
