> Review project plans and specifications to determine project scope and requirements
> Source and request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
> Prepare accurate materials quantity take-off and develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
> Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors
> Collaborate with project managers, engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of estimates.
> Prepare and control project budget and schedule including monthly targets
> Prepare progress accomplishment report for client’s requirements
> Prepare progress claim for client’s review and approval
> Prepare method statement, shop drawing, risk assessment and other office engineering works
> Prepare, implement and supervise day to day site operations
