One of my key UiPath projects involved automating the bulk creation and deletion of ticket entries in ServiceNow. For creation, the bot migrated structured data from Excel files into ServiceNow forms. For deletions, the process included copying and archiving ticket details before securely removing them—ensuring traceability and data safety. Another UiPath automation I built handled the consolidation of employee attendance across three internal systems, pulling login/logout data, billable declarations, and leave filings from separate websites—saving time and ensuring accurate tracking. Using Power Automate, I also developed an automation that filed billing records into ServiceNow by extracting and organizing data from Excel sheets, then creating structured entries in the system automatically.
