I have several work experiences. I worked as a Business Development Associate in an IT/Marketing firm. I handled client correspondence and also corporate communications. So I would say that I can communicate well in written or verbal English. I have also worked as a Tech Support Agent in Convergys Philippines where I was assigned in the AT&T account. So with that, I'm gonna say that I am pretty trained and equipped with technical or computer skills. I am very familiar with the internet world. I know how to troubleshoot internet connection and know basic computer troubleshooting and repair. I also have very good typing skills since multi-tasking was really a must when I was still with Convergys. I had to speak with customers on the phone and document everything at the same time. I am skilled in MS Office, most specially with MS Word. I can do basic Adobe Photoshop editing.
I have also been a part of our local parish newsletter where I was editor-in-chief for two years. I have some writing experiences since high school and have attended a couple writing workshops. With these skills, I aim to really be a part of this team and be hired by a good employer who will be my partner in reaching success. I do hope one of you gives me a chance to prove myself and help me support my family. What I can promise is that I'll do my part and help you and your company reach your goals. :)
