I am a trainer in a BPO. I train newly hired associates to develop their computer skills. I specialize in Computer Networking set-up and troubleshooting for both wired and wireless connection but I also handle the following subjects:
-OS troubleshooting
-General Computer Usage
-Fundamentals of Computing
-Internal Components of the Computer
-Operating System basics and Navigation (XP, Vista, 7)
-Computer Threats & Security
I develop training materials and content. I design training agenda based the associates' needs. I have also taken calls before becoming a trainer. I was assigned in Tech Support, Customer Service, Retention and Sales. I can handle calls as good as I can train.
Aside from all this, I also have skills in audio editing and voice recording.
I use Audacity for recording and editing my music as a hobby. I also do voice over for training materials and videos. I record my own voice for some of our training materials and documentary when I was at college. I can also edit pictures using Adobe photoshop.
