I have been a customer service representative for a year. I have worked for an American account which handles travel industry, such as booking a flight or reserving a room for a particular customer, so needless to say,
I can handle travel related jobs.
I do know how to use MS Word, MS Excel and such. I am reliable, computer savvy, and eager to learn new things.
