In my early working days as a political Organizer and Analyst, I Persuaded and Organized the constituents of the 1st district of Zamboanga del Norte to support candidates who emerged victorious with a small amount of money spent compared to opposing parties.
During my TVI Days, I've formulated plans that do not only established partnership but true friendship from local stakeholders. That even with the strong anti-mining campaign of some NGOs, TVIRD emerged victorious and gain the trust and confidence from them. (I am the 1st and only TVI employee who was adopted by the Bayog Subanen Council of Elders and later installed as Timuay Mangura, assistant and adviser to the Timuay Mitubusan the highest ranking Subanen chieftain in the Municipality of Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur.)
Established media contacts (Nationwide), which help us in propaganda dissemination and suppressing negative issues against us. This made tremendous impact not only to our direct constituents but to our investors.
