I am a Debt Recovery Expert with over 14 years of experience in the BPO industry including 9 years focused on collections and 4 years in a Team Leadership role combined with my current role as a Banker in a global financial institution, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to a team and support operational goals.

I began my career in Sales and progressed to a Team Leader, where I consistently demonstrated strong performance in resolving outstanding accounts. As a Collections Team Lead, I further developed my leadership skills, successfully guiding teams to meet and exceed recovery targets through effective coaching, performance management, and process improvements.
