Profile Description

Beginner in online writing but learns advance skills fast. Skills in writing developed during university studies at the University of the Philippines Los Banos where courses on writing were part of my favorite classes. After graduation, served as part time research assistant for university professsors of Caraga Stat University in Butuan City (formerly known as Northern Mindanao Stat Institute of Science and Technology). Also served as Admininstrative Staff for Victory Christian Fellowship where part of the responsibilities handled were the development of training materials for the leaders of the organization, and the handling of correspondences with other national offices of the said organization. As of date, I am employed as a Technical Support Representative for Sutherland Global Services Davao, where I take in inbound calls of AT&T Uverse Members for the technical issues with the digital tv, voice-over-internet protocol phones, and high speed internet. I am presently on a two-month leave commencing Jan. 9, 2011 till March , 2011. Should this online writing provide better compensation for me, I will consider rendering my resignation from Sutherland Global Services.
