I have more than 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, working with property managers across Australia and helping them with their day-to-day tasks. Over the years, I've gained a good understanding of Australian property management processes and legislation.

I can assist with new managements, new tenancies, lease renewals, rental applications, routine inspections, social media management, and other administrative tasks related to property management. I'm comfortable handling different responsibilities and can easily adapt to the needs of the business.

I have experience using PropertyMe, REI Forms, Realworks, Docusign, Rental Bonds Online, PriceFinder, Reapit Listings, NTD Equifax, Eagle CRM, VRBO, Airbnb, RP Data, and Kuula 360.

I'm organized, proactive, and have strong attention to detail. I can work independently with minimal supervision and always make sure tasks are completed accurately and on time. My goal is to help property managers stay on top of their workload and keep things running smoothly.
