I have three years of experience in lead generation mainly cold-calling and appointment setting. I've developed expertise in identifying and engaging with potential clients across various industries, inclucding healthcare, solar, finance and website designing. In healthcare, what we do is we're reaching out to customers of different ages and pursue them in getting health insurance plans. With solar, we're responsible in calling homeowners to let them know the importance of using solar panels to help them lower down their electricity rates. On finance, we are communicating with business owners through email, call and text to have them get a loan with the banks connected to us. The last one that I had was on a website designing industry, which we are setting up appointments for interested clients/business owners in different states to have their website set-up.

My top skills include appointment setting, lead generation, and outbound calling, developed through my experience working with financial, healthcare, solar, and digital service accounts. I have a strong ability to build rapport quickly, qualify leads effectively, and handle objections in a professional and engaging way. I’m also experienced in managing calendars, updating CRM systems, and keeping accurate records to support smooth team operations. In addition, I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely, using tools like Google Workspace and communication platforms to stay efficient and responsive.

As a teacher-intern, I was able to experience creating various presentation for every class that I've handled. Since it was at the time of pandemic, I should make the presentations engaging and informing at the same time. This allows me to practice which I know I can use in administrative works.
