Profile Description

I'am Junisa Angeli V. Samala, currently working as a Team Leader for a New Zealand insurance company here in Manila. Prior to my current job, I was working as a Medical Sales Representative for both Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical. I Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at Far Eastern University- Doctor Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation and fortunately passed the 2008 Philippine Nurse Licensure exam.
With my previous experiences in sales, it helped me established a good rapport with the people I work with including my current job as a team leader where it helped me understand each and every individual in my team, and also it has been easier for them to communicate with me especially with issues surrounding our work.
I always make sure to hit my set goals for the day, and organize it in a way that I won't be all over the place.
With my current job as a Team Leader for windscreen/motor claims administration , my day to day is emailing brokers from New Zealand and reporting directly to our client which helps me a lot in improving my communcation skills and gives me confidence in communicating with them freely. I also delegate the day to day task of each tea ---------- mber, and also help strategies how to hit our Service level agreement. Part of my role is to train new hires and coach tenured teammates.
