• Working with Centene Corporations, a US healthcare insurance company specifically working with Ambetter- Marketplace (Provider Services)
• Assisting providers and providing accurate information and satisfactory answer to the callers about their query and questions.
• Reviewing status of medical authorization,
• Reviewing member/patient’s benefit and eligibility information, check the members plan type, and effective date/end date for verification
• Reviewing medical claims, claims appeal, and reconsideration status. And provide options and details about the medical claims.
• Checking credentialing information such as, status of the application.
• Checking if the provider is In-Network or Out of Network to Ambetter.
• Assisting providers to their online activation for them to access their online account, and for troubleshooting some issues to their portal.
