I AM CERTIFIED VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SINCE 2023 AND WORKED AS AN INSURANCE VERIFICATION SPECIALIST . I AM ALSO HIPAA CERTIFIED.THE EHR SYSTEM THAT I USED BEFORE IS ECW. I HAVE GAIN A LOT OF EXPERIENCE IN CALL HANDLING LIKE INBOUND AND OUTBOUND CALLS. I SEE TO IT THAT EVERY TASK THAT I DO , I AM DOING IT WITH PASSION AND HARDWORK.
