Good day,

I am Jie Mark Felias, a Filipino Licensed Civil Engineer currently based in Singapore under an S Pass. I have over 5 years of professional experience, including 3.4 years working as a Civil Engineer specializing in precast construction in Singapore, where I have been involved in HDB BTO (Build-To-Order) projects, and 3 years as a Project and Site Engineer in the Philippines handling residential and commercial developments.

I perform QA/QC inspections for precast elements, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and relevant standards prior to delivery and installation.

Previously in the Philippines, I handled site supervision and project execution for residential and commercial projects, covering both structural and architectural works. My responsibilities included overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring work quality, and enforcing safety practices on-site.

In addition, I have experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and material take-offs using PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu. I am proficient in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM) using Microsoft Excel, and I have handled both structural and architectural cost estimation.

I am also experience in engineering and construction software, including STAAD for structural analysis and design, AutoCAD for drafting and plan review, Primavera P6 for project scheduling and planning, and SketchUp with Enscape for 3D modeling and visualization.

My expertise includes project and site engineering, precast works, QA/QC, project coordination, and quantity surveying. Through my involvement in HDB BTO projects, I have developed strong experience in coordination with main contractors, quality control processes, and compliance with HDB standards and site requirements.

I am also a BCSS certificate holder and an Accredited Safety Officer in the Philippines, with solid knowledge of construction safety practices and site supervision.
